Shipping

The delivery time and cost is indicated in the shopping chart under each shipping method. We offer free shipping when ordering over 50€/500SEK.

Orders within Sweden normally has a delivery time of 1-3 days and international orders 2-5 days depending on your country.

You must provide correct and complete address information in your order as we cannot guarantee that it can be changed after you complete your purchase. The customer is solely responsible that the name on the order matches the name on the letter/mailbox/postbox on the delivery address. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors due to lack of information or failure of the delivery address in its order.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an order complete email. Please contact us if you have not received your email confirmation.

eia vaia is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges. For all packages/orders not dissolving-out, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of shipping and handling. Handling fee is currently 200SEK/20Euro.

Returns

You are welcome to make your return up to 14 days from the day you received your order. The cost of a return within Sweden is 39SEK and will be deducted from the order amount once we receive your return. We do not offer free exchanges. If you wish to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

You can expect it to take up to 14 days from the date you have sent your return until our warehouse has received it. Thereafter it can take us 2-6 days to register and process your return. If you have paid by card, it may take 3-5 banking days until the money is available on your card again.
